Rashed holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Bristol, complemented by a Master of Laws in professional legal practice from the University of Law in the UK. Furthermore, he successfully completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and was admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2024 as a qualified attorney in Jordan.
