Admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2014, Haya has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, with a strong focus on commercial law, medical negligence, and tort.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Jordan and a Master’s degree in Private Law from La Sagesse University in Beirut.
